Good evening all.
Well my week off is going well. Got lots of outstanding jobs done, all very boring but necessary and I had a little spare time today to get in the craft room.
I started this card as my second entry for last weeks Simply Less is More challenge but didn`t finish it in time. I`ve simply changed the sentiment and it can go into the fundraising box now it`s finished.
I`ve used a 6x6 card base in Papermill white linen card and made a panel slightly smaller than the base. I cutout a `letter box` using a nested rectangle then masked off part of the card base and sponged deep pink decorative chalk onto it.
I stamped the Script stamp by Indigo Blu in Versafine onyx over the chalk and placed the panel using foam pads.
I`ve been looking at the Chloe Stem Die for ages but kept putting off buying it because everyone and his son seemed to be using it and I do like to be a bit different but in the end I admitted defeat and spent some pennies at the papercraft show last week. I`m so glad I did. I die cut the flower and added some white liquid pearls to give it a pop then placed it at an angle over the cutout.
The sentiment is from the Marion Emberson On your special day set and I`ve made the inverted `V` using the corner of a nested square die.
Ruby has had a kidney function test today which went well and the oncologist is really pleased with her progress. Hopefully (fingers, toes and everything else crossed) she only has two more chemo sessions to go.
Thanks for popping in...Lynne xxx

Hi Lynne, I had to come over from FB to leave a comment! This is STUNNING! I wish I'd made it but, as I don't own the die, that would be impossible, lol!
