Hi Again,
Following on from the card I posted this morning I thought I`d use the snippets left over to make a card for Jules crafty snippets.
I`m not sure if anyone else saves their bits of digital papers but, sadly, I do. Maybe that`s why I have such a lot of snippets. Printer ink isn`t cheap and sometimes you just want a quick make so if the bits are big enough to use I save them. Not sure if I`m cheap or just a hoarder lol.
Anyway, I`ve used Shabby Princess digital papers Signature collection. The flowery one is left over from this mornings post and the stripey one is from my box. All matted onto bright blue card.
The image is Hero Arts Elegant Weeds stamped in Memento Bahama Blue.
The sentiment is from Flourishes Orchids Stamp set.
A piece of organza ribbon tied in knot to finish.
I`ve got an idea for another snippet make, if I get the time this week I`ll do it.
Apologies for the photo, it looks a bit wonky but I can assure you the card is straight, lol.
Thanks for popping in...Lynne xxx
Gorgeous snippet card Lynne. I love Jules' challenge but lately I just seem to be running out of time to do anything. Even missed LIM this week :(
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, I have lots of snippets in a big box but never think to look in it before cutting up a new sheet! Will have to use it up its been there for years!

This is beautiful! My "snippit" box is called a UFO (UnFinished Objects) box and the snippits have become the scrap bin. No matter how much we use, the stash seems to grow! LOL!
ReplyDeleteA really beautiful card, love the colour combo again, that stamp is lovely.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous snippets card Lynne. I love it.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sandra
Oh Yes! This works beautifully Lynne, love the whole card and well done for getting the snippets used up, Gay xxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, a fab way to use up your snippets!
ReplyDeleteBeautifull card must try and use up my bits as they are taking over my craft room shame we cant ever part with things !!!! Luv Sue x
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, the soft blues and greens are so pretty. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteI don't do digital paper prints but am sure if I did I would save the off cuts just as I would anything else. As you say printer ink isn't actually cheap these days so why not be thrifty.
ReplyDeleteLovely colours on your card
