Less is More # 78

Hello Everyone.

I bet you thought I`d been abducted by aliens didn`t you?

I`ve had the week off work and to be honest I`ve been so busy I haven`t had time to post anything. Got quite a few cards made but I can`t share them just yet. Hopefully next week I`ll have plenty to show.

This week on Simply Less is More is sketch week and a super, easy, peasy one it is too.
Even I can`t complain at this one.
I`ve been saving my pennies up and this week treat myself to some new dies including an Alphabet set from Die- namics. This sketch was made for using these dies. Look at what I`ve been playing at.

I`ve followed the sketch except for the sentiment because it just wouldn`t have made sense otherwise.
All the card and papers (except the base card) are out of my scrap boxes.
I`ve used an MS punch on the girl card and a Fiskars punch on the boys.
The sentiment is computer generated using Amazone font.

I`ve done two stupid things this week. First of all I decided last sunday to rearrange the loft. It took two days, in oppressive heat, and now I can`t find or get at anything. I really need to put it back how it was but I have neither the time nor the inclination at the moment. That`ll teach me!
Secondly, I was up with the lark this morning, got all dressed up and put me posh perfume on and trotted off to a papercraft fair. The problem with that is...it`s tomorrow. Duh!
I think I really need to get back to work and some sort of routine. It might just sort my head out, but then again...

Before I go I`d like to welcome my newest follower Carol. Thank you Carol for choosing my little blog.

Thanks for popping in...Lynne xxx

  3. Cards are super. Those dies make great letters. I sympathise with getting the wrong date, at least you were a day early. We got all dressed for a glam night out only to find out it was the week before! Lol
