Good Evening all!
It`s one layer week at Simply Less is More this week and Mandi and Chrissie have asked to use,
3 Stamps
not 4, not 2 but only 3 stamps.
It`s not quite as easy as it sounds.lol.
Now I know I`ve used this stamp before for a LiM challenge but it`s perfect for an A6 card and besides, I like it ...a lot.
The main image is a Flourishes stamp, Lenten Rose and the sentiment is from the same set.
The butterfly stamp is also by Flourishes, this time from the Gerbera daisy set. All coloured with a mixture of Spectrum Noir pens and Promarkers except the water in the vase and that`s a watercolour pencil.
Just to remind you that it`s one layer month over at St Lukes Charity Card Challenge this month too so why not make two cards and enter one there. You could also donate your card to sell to raise much needed funds for the hospice .
Which reminds me, I`ve got a million boxes and lids to make tonight so I can send my donations off, better dash.
Thanks for popping in...Lynne xxx
I can see what you want to use it again - it's gorgeous. Great colouring job too.

I like it too Lynne, wonderful card! Hospice is the place I hang my hat, rephrasing that, many hats ... there is always something to keep me busy at hospice and I get to make all the cards for our staff. I love my hospice work.

ReplyDeleteI definitely struggled with this challenge. In fact, one of the sets I got out to use was the one you used. I just couldn't figure out what stamps to use with the bloom! Love your coloring on this card. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteYou've done a brilliant job coming up with your three for this challenge, Lynne! It's a beautiful, and beautifully colored, card!
ReplyDeleteThanks, too, for the update on Ruby. I'll be away, but she will be in my thoughts. I just always find her there, where I marvel at her strength, and her spirit, and her grit to be a sport about all the torture and carry one. Kids have such an acceptance about their lot which adults could really learn from. Bless her and all of you! Hugs, Darnell
Your card is really beautiful, hugs x x
