I hope the weather where you are is better than it is here. I`m frozen!!! It`s certainly more than autumnal. Cold, wet and miserable. Yuk!
I love all these colours...just not sure if I like them together...
I have to admit to a bit of a struggle and a certain amount of lack of imagination with my card.
This is what I came up with,
I used a white card base. The pink DP is by Papermania ( I think) and is matted onto some bright blue card.
The frame is a little lighter than River Rock. I first ran some card through the Cuttlebug using the Swirls folder.
Then I cut out the frame using a nestie labels 4 die with a nestie oval die inside. The embossed finish gives it some definition I think.
I stamped my sentiment, by Flourishes, in Cyan onto white card and placed the frame over it using foam pads.
I`ve added a bright blue flower from my stash with a Papermainia pink glittered brad.
What should have been a really quick card turned out to be a marathon attempt this weekend. It`s been so busy here. Oh to be one of the idle rich!!!!Lol.

ReplyDeleteI love the colours together - they're like the contents of a holiday suitcase! (the sort of holiday I never go on!) I like the ornate frame for the sentiment and that splashy flower - gorgeous card!
